To maintain your Using Blood Wisely Hospital status, we will follow up at year one, year two, and year four post-designation to ensure your site still meets our national appropriateness benchmarks. At a minimum, benchmarks must be met for four consecutive months at the time of review.
- If your hospital submits data regularly, there is nothing required on your end. Our team will follow up regarding the status of your data and designation status.
- If you are not submitting data, we encourage doing so. We will follow up at the above timeframes and will require submission of data to maintain your designation.
